Dragons
1. All dragons are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding well at the time they are shipped. Decline in a dragon's health or death due to the customer's failure to provide proper care is not our responsibility and not an eligible reason for return or refund. We guarantee 10 days health prior to arrival of delivery.We do Guarantee live arrival on the first delivery attempt. If a package is delayed for any reason beyond our control, including bad weather or interruption in service, we cannot guarantee live arrival. If in case for a dead arrival immediately contact us and provide an image of the dragon within 1 hour of arrival. If this is the occurrence and all required information is provided, we will issue your refund but we do not cover the shipping refund.
2. If you request to return your reptile to us for a refund, we do not provide your shipping return, therefore the customer takes on all responsibility on their desire to return. You will only have 10 days to have the option to return. After then we won't accept your return request.
3. Refund will not be returned to the costumer until the dragon has been arrived and passed through speculation. We will inspect the dragon for any flaws or health issues. If the dragon is in perfect health like we shipped we will have the customer refunded within 1-3 days. If however we observe new health issues or flaws we reserve all rights to deny your refund. You are allowed to pay for its shipping back to you if you desire to keep the dragon. If displayed obvious signs of mistreatment or harm, you won't be eligible to acquire any dragon from us again.
4. If we are to make a sale and buyer backs out preventing a sale we hold to rights to deduct refund. Partial refund will be made.
5. We ship Monday-Thursday via reptile express overnight priority shipping. All orders placed will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. However we reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather settings aren't proper for shipping a live animal. A dragon's health is priority and can't be rushed even if the customer requests an immediate delivery. Shipping will proceed once weather permits.
6. If dragon is paid for, we will proceed shipping within 1-2 business days and all shipments are to arrive 10am-3pm. We do not accept holds or do pre-payments.
7. Sex of babies and juveniles listed is not guaranteed. It is simply judged by our best knowledge. If we seem to see 2 bulges on a dragon we will label it as probable male, otherwise a female.
Supplies
1. Insured Free Shipping is our only method available.
2. All orders of supply products will take (1-3 weeks) to be delivered
3. We ship each item individually and each product is guaranteed to arrive to your provided address. So if you purchased multiple supplies and received one item first, rest assure, your entire purchase will be fulfilled and delivered within the time-frame.
4. All supply products are accurately described in product info and descriptions.
5. All supplies are non refundable unless broken or damaged. Must submit us proof by supplying us picture of the item within 30 minutes of arrival at door.
6. If you'd like to cancel an order we can only cancel it if you have waited over 3 weeks and not received your item.
Feeders
1. We ship your feeders either with cupped method or bag method then we box that package ready to be shipped. Safest and most efficient way to have your feeders arrive.
2. Possible our feeder orders can be delayed on schedule for high volumes of orders. We try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If there are issues for refund before shipping simply contact us.
2. We guarantee live arrival if temperatures range 60-83 degree Fahrenheit. Any temps below or above we void live arrival guarantee.
4. If under the circumstances and your feeders still arrived dead immediately submit an email to us providing visual proof of dead feeders within 1 hour or your claim will not be considered eligible for refund.
3. If temperatures are extreme, overnight shipping option is possible for live arrival guarantee.
4. We are not held responsible for shipping carrier's lost package but of arrival.
5. We keep shipping cost as low as possible. Tracking is always supplied the day we ship out your package.
